The share of Internet orders is always on the rise and is now more than 20 per cent. Furthermore, Quelle Czech Republic (based in Brezhrad - location Hradic Králové - 120 km east of Prague) is also a service centre for the production of advertising media, a call centre and a logistics centre for affiliated companies (Quelle in central and eastern European countries) and partners (Bakker, Yves Rocher etc.).

In addition, Quelle Czech Republic is also active in charitable and social work, e.g. by supporting the crisis intervention centre for children.
