Eco-Products
Look for these symbols!
We utilize our opportunities for offering you more and more ecologically improved products. This not only concerns ecologically improved man-made and production textiles, but also technical articles with especially low energy and water consumption figures. These products are marked with the following labels:
Skin-friendly fashions
oeko_p1.jpgAll textiles marked with one leaf have been tested for pollutants by independent research institutes according to stringent criteria based on the Eco-Tex-Standard 100. They are especially skin-friendly and pleasant to wear – you feel good in them!
Skin-friendly and carefully manufactured fashions
oeko_p2.jpgOur aim is to offer more and more clothing manufactured in an environment-friendly way. Articles that carry two leaves are not only especially skin-friendly, but have also been manufactured without chlorine in bleach and fittings, without formaldehyde and without dyes containing heavy metal.
Large electrical appliances with low consumption figures
oeko_p4.jpgYou will find our eco symbols on many refrigerators, freezers, washing machines and dishwashers. We award a symbol only if the consumption of electricity (for refrigerators and freezers) or electricity and water (for washing machines and dishwashers) is exceptionally low, i.e. if these appliances meet the requirements of energy efficiency class A.
